The summer market is now well underway, with details falling into place each week to make each market a little fuller and more fun than the last. One of the things that makes the summer market so special is the presence of live music every week. Through the volunteer work of music coordinator Karen Haeger, the calendar is filling in quickly.
We still have a few open spots for the season. Musicians play under a tent in the center of the green and receive tips from market shoppers. Having music at the market sets a fun vibe and encourages shoppers to linger a little longer—it’s a benefit for all. If you are a musician and you’d like to give it a try, or you know someone who might, please contact Karen soon!
In the mean time, we’ll see you at the market: Thursdays, 12:30 to 4:30 on the green at Clark Park in Wolfeboro!
