Winter Markets Continue Through April

Do you LOVE the winter market? Well, you’re in luck! We have FIVE MORE winter markets to look forward to: February 16, March 2, March 16, April 6 and April 20. While winter snowstorms come and go, and the Wolfeboro Area Farmers Market board is hard at work planning for the summer market, the winter market chugs along in full force. And, it seems to grow with every market.

Now with fifteen or more vendors at each market, the winter market will continue through end of April. This season, for the first time, the board offered vendors the opportunity to sign up for the whole season or simply for specific dates. This flexibility has created a dynamic and colorful mix of winter vendors, and the community (that’s you!) has responded enthusiastically. The winter market now features local wine and beer, vegetables, meats, poultry, cheese, dairy products, honey, soaps, baked goods (yes, even gluten-free), fresh eggs and so much more.

How can you help, you might ask? You can show us some love by liking our Facebook page to be sure you’ll get lots of updates and, most importantly, you can share our updates with friends and family. The more people who support the winter market, the bigger and livelier it will become!

Thank you for your support! See you at our next winter market on Saturday, February 16. We’ll be at the First Congregational Church Wolfeboro on South Main Street from 10 am to 2 pm with plenty of easy parking. And lots of love and good cheer!

Ruth had a great time at the market and sold 15 bottles of our Winnipesaukee Winery wine. That is equal to a mid week day of sales in the summer and I am so grateful to have this opportunity to sell our wine in a warm space during the winter when cash flow is so precious.

We plan to attend each one, I need to send a check for the balance I owe. (Kathy?)

    Keep on marketing!

    Best regards,

    Heidi
