Drip, drip, drip. That’s the sound of winter melting away and summer becoming a little easier to imagine. The Wolfeboro Area Farmers Market’s board of directors has been doing a little more than imagining! They’ve been busy planning exciting changes to the upcoming market season. The outdoor season is set to begin earlier than ever this year, on May 23 and continue through October 31—yes, that’s later than ever! With that expanding market season in mind, we’ll be referring to the (formerly called) summer market as the “outdoor” market. It goes without saying that the “indoor” market season will be what we used to call winter.
Vendors for the outdoor market season are invited to apply, and application materials can be found, here. Please note that the application deadline is coming up quickly, on April 5, so please get yours in early and spread the word to vendors who you think might be a good fit with our market.
And, in the mean time, three market days remain in the indoor market season. We’ll be at First Congregational Church Wolfeboro on Saturday, March 16 (tomorrow!), Saturday, April 6 and Saturday, April 20. Market hours are 10 am to 2 pm and there’s plenty of easy parking.
Thank you for your support of the market and for doing your part to spread the word!
